On Jan. 17, Ohio State's Office of Research launched the new Institute for Cybersecurity and Digital Trust (ICDT). Co-led by Electrical and Computer Engineering Chair Hesham El Gamal and Ohio State's Chief Information Security Officer Helen Patton, the institute's goal is to organize the university’s collective data security assets and team up with partners statewide to make a difference.
